Application:
It is suitable for the electric heating environment with the rated voltage below 250V, 50 ~ 60Hz, the relative humidity of not more than 90% and the ambient temperature of minus 30 DEG to plus 50 DEG. With a large heating area and uniform heating, it is widely used in the auxiliary heating and thawing of the refrigerator and other electric heating appliances.
Characteristic:
The sheet heater composed by pasting the heating wire on the aluminum foil by the auxiliary adhesive with the aluminum foil as the carrier of heat transfer can be structurally divided into the double layer aluminum foil paste type and the single layer aluminum foil hot melt type.
◆ PVC Plastic Insulation: The using temperature is no more than 80 DEG C; the power density is no more than 15 W/m
◆ Heat Resistant Silicone Rubber: The using temperature is no more than 150 DEG C; the power density is no more than 35 W/m
◆The high-power aluminum foil heater can use the serial temperature control switch which is connected on the aluminum foil for temperature control and at present, our company can provide the aluminum foil heaters with various sizes and shapes and the thickness of aluminum foil (mm) including 0.06, 0.08, 0.13, 0.15 etc.
