The heater is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the electric oven and microwave oven and the heating tube uses the high temperature resistant magnesium oxide as the insulating medium and the stainless steel case forms a kind of special oxide layer through the 1050 degree oxidation treatment of the net belt gas protection furnace to improve the high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the heating element. There is a higher power density and strong radiation capacity of the electric heating tube. The product keeps normal work with good safety performance after up to 3000h life test.
