The heaters are the heating elements made the high quality stainless steel pipe, alloy heating wire, fused magnesia powder and other materials through the advanced production technology, such as winding, shrinking tube, humidity discharge, sealing and so on; The connection of the flanges and heating pipes uses the argon arc welding and vacuum brazing to ensure no leakage of the heater under high pressure.
The heaters can be designed into the double power tube and single power tube according to the requirements of users. The double power tube is composed of two single tubes parallel and the water heaters contain two kinds of power for use which is very convenient.
